Jeff Noyes BC Sooke Jeff Noyes is a guitar instructor and airbrush artist from the Sooke BC area of Canada. You'll find more information on Jeff on his home site JeffNoyes.com Jeff has been doing airbrush artwork for many years, starting with motorcycles. Then it turned into a whole shop doing cars and bikes, helmets, boats, RVs, the works. Jeff also teaches guitar bass and drums and has been signed with a few different labels with his own rock band formerly known as The Perish. Now they just go by the Jeff Noyes Band .
